Our OSHA 10 - 30 Hour Classes are Interactive
We encourage the participants to become “Safety Ambassadors”. Advocates for safety in the workplace can quickly recognize safety hazards to avoid, reduce and/or eliminate hazards that are directly related to employee injuries, illnesses, and death.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Outreach Training Program for General Industry teaches general industry workers about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint as well as how to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent job related hazards.
Identifying Safety Hazards Classes
Eight hour and 15-hour safety awareness training curriculums are available. Upon completion, a certificate of achievement will be presented. These training will include many of the OSHA 10-hour required topics.
Safety Awareness for Seniors
60 and Older please reach out to your location’s Special Events or Activities’ Coordinator for more details.
V4P Safety Training’s goal is to educate and encourage you to apply the same OSHA principles in your home and community to remain safe. These OSHA identified hazards can have the same unfavorable results.
Participants can collaborate on all projects or activities assigned except for the final project. The final project is designed to ensure that each participant can identify safety hazards immediately after completing the course.
