Cancellations, No Shows, Insufficient Enrollments and Participants Substitutions
Participants Substitutions are welcome up to 72 hours in advance of the course start date without charge (the new participant’s name must be submitted in writing via email). V4P is only responsible for updating name changes, original financial obligation met with V4P, is firm.
Cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to your course date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days but before 7 calendar days prior to your course date will be refunded minus a $100.00 fee for the OSHA 10-hour course and a $350 fee for the OSHA 30-hour course.
Cancellations 7 calendar days or less prior to your course is non-refundable.
Insufficient Enrollments OSHA mandates a minimum and maximum number of participants that can attend a scheduled training. V4P’s minimum is 10 participants, and we prefer not to schedule more than 25-30 participants per class.
In the event that sufficient enrollment is not maintained 14 calendar days prior to the first date of scheduled trainings, V4P will notify the intended participants that the training course is cancelled and refund payment.
Due to the potential for late cancellations, flexible travel and lodging arrangements are strongly encourage.
